¡á The Institute is a university-affiliated research facility, more specifically, it's affiliated with the College of Economics and Business Administration. The major activities of the Institute are conducting academic studies and applying the outcomes to university-industry cooperative projects. The Institute publishes CJU Journal of Business and Economics and Working Papers, and organizes invited lecturers and seminars. Offering exchange programs with other institutes both domestically and abroad is another mission assigned to the Institute. Currently, the Institute provides professional services in calculating accounting costs and diagnosing business firms. In particular, it is a designated facility for the cost accounting service organization notified by the government. The Institute implements fair and prompt calculations. Also, examination of development expenses based on up-to-date computer systems and experienced researchers. The Institute will sincerely respond to any inquiries related to its corporational growth strategy, educational program, and business consultant.
¡á Periodical publications and cumulated research works are the main activities of the Institute. The Institute has periodically published, three times a year, CJU Journal of Business and Economics, a collection of research papers endeavoring to comprehend research trends in new academic fields as well as to motivate academic enthusiasm for the faculties in the College. In a sense, the contribution of the Industrial Management Review has increased since its first edition was published. Every year, the Institute conducts more than 80 research projects, and this effort is continuously expanding the opportunities for university-industry cooperation. The Executive Committee play a key role in performing such activities. The Industrial Management Review was first published in 1978. Most of the articles in the Review are supported by the research funds which are financed by university, private companies, government, and other public organizations.
¡á On an annual basis, more than 80 research projects have been accomplished, and the results are cumulated to utilize for future research works. More than forty staff members have participated in the research projects. The research is concerning to research project and cost valuations. Most research projects are supported by the agencies, company, administrative and public organizations.
